THE BASIC BATH
1.
We give your pet a brush out before bathing to remove any tangles or mats and
check your pets skin for warts, lesions or "hot spots".
2.
If your pet will tolerate it, and it is appropriate, we brush your dog's teeth.
3.
We clean ears and remove any hair growing in the ear canal
4.
Nails are trimmed and filed so they don't become ingrown or scratch.
5.
Feet and pads are neatly trimmed, hair mats between the pads are removed.
6.
We gently check your dog's anal glands for his or her comfort and health. We
express full glands.
7.
We bathe in warm water, under pressure, to remove debris, fleas, dead skin and
dirt. We use natural shampoo specific for your pet's needs. Our general
shampoo is a gentle organic herbal shampoo.
8.
We always use a conditioner on your pet specific for your pet's needs, whether
to soften fur or alleviate itching and skin problems.
9.
Your pet is dried by warm air, never too hot or too cold.
10.
Your pet is brushed and combed out free of tangles and even given a spritz of
cologne.
Is your dog ready for a trim or a fancy "do"? We're ready to make sure your
pet has a quality professional haircut.
Do you love your pet but hate the shedding? We will remove loose
undercoat from your pet's fur reducing shedding problems. No, it's not a shave
down. No, it doesn't hurt and YES it will reduce problems associated with painful
matting.
